My background

I started out in 2004 as an in-house translator, knowing that clear, non-bland communication was what drove me.

Because I love to work with people who are making the world a better place, I share your values and will treat your content as if it were my own.

I started my editing and translation business in 2008 to help organisations like yours when they have no internal capacity. My years of studying, training and in-house experience made me the freelance text tamer that I am today.

When I’m not working on client projects…

I adore what I do, but when I’m not helping my clients move mountains, you’ll often find me at a yoga class (because my flexibility extends beyond the office), deep in a book, or plotting my next travel adventure.

I’m also the English language lead on the editorial committee for Translatio, the newsletter for the FIT (the International Federation of Translators).
